Gary Phillips' SubTech ALbacore sails well on the surface. Tim Smalley 2003 
And she has good submerged trim too! Tim Smalley 2003 Gary Phillips of Eagan, Minnesota has been working on his SubTech Albacore for several years, but after a little prodding and teasing, he has it in the water and its running well.
Gary also has a 32nd P Type VII hull that is going to be his next project.
